BETWEEN 2 - 5 DAY BALI RETREATS FOR YOU OR YOUR GROUP
Prior to organising your private retreat you will receive an in-depth questionnaire in order for Rachel and her team to understand the results you desire to achieve at the end of this time together.
After completion of your questionnaire, you will have a private 30 minute skype call with Rachel.
You will be met at the airport by you private driver, who will whisk you away to your villa.
When you arrive at your villa you will commence with a traditional Balinese cleansing ceremony and a grounding yoga class.
For each night of stay you will receive:
One private Yoga, Meditation, Nidra or Breathwork class with Rachel
One Workshop or Life Mentoring Session with Rachel
A Movement class
Spa or Healing Treatment
In your private mentoring sessions with Rachel, you will cover but not limited to:
Observing natural cycles and seasons in order to achieve alignment and abundance in all areas of life
Cultivating a healthy daily routine to create a grounded and intentional start to your day
Using mindfulness and meditation techniques to be more present and calm in life
Creating mental and emotional space to get clear on your purpose
Connecting to the feminine to have the confidence, courage and trust to function from your inner wisdom and intuition
Changing your relationship to stress to settle your nervous system

During your stay in Bali you will focus on relaxation, restoration and alignment.
Rachel and her team of hand picked wellness professionals will cultivate your new bespoke lifestyle plan to integrate and sustain it into your life after your retreat together.
PRIVATE follow up CALL
Post retreat you will have a 60 minute coaching session to track progress and address any issues that have arisen.
