Have you ever had that feeling that you just don't breathe right? or that your breath is somehow linked to your increased anxiety?
In these 60 minute 1:1 sessions with Rachel you will dive into the mechanics behind the breath, Rachel will assess your own breathing pattern, uncovering any underlying dysfunctional patterns that could be leading to increased anxiety, depression, asthma, fatigue and a slew of other physical, mental & emotional health challenges.
Rachel will take you through some breathing practices to help you to resolve your breathing function back to one of homeostasis.
These can be conducted in person or virtually. Multiple sessions may be required depending on what is presenting in your breath.
