Life Purpose 

Maybe you are looking for a deeper relationship and connection with life, to feel more at peace and more aligned.  Maybe you are at a crossroad in your life that has led you to question aspects of your life.  Or perhaps you feel a void or an emptiness but don't know why. You may have self doubt and want to learn how to overcome it. 

Career Direction

Have you always dreamt  of doing something else, but conformed to family/society? Maybe you don’t enjoy your job, feel stuck and don’t know what you want to do, or how to get off the merry-go-round, work for yourself, or switch industries. You may want to find clarity around your purpose and skillsets, or figure out how to work in a way that is rewarding without burning out. 

Health 

You may be  ‘healthy’ on the outside, but ‘dead’ on the inside. You exercise, eat well but there is is still an unease that you cannot put your finger on. Despite all the kombucha, Pilates and infra-red saunas, you just don’t feel good. Or there are a  multitude of issues that conventional medicine or alternative therapies hasn’t quite been able to resolve.  

Balance and Routine,  

You are stressed out and strung out. You struggle with sleep and calming your overactive mind. You want to find inner peace in your busy and cluttered world, but days just seem to vanish and often feel as though you haven’t got anything done. You believe in health and wellness, but are overwhelmed at the amount of information out there, and struggle to commit to a routine, even though you may know what to do. 

Stress and Self Care 

You are burnt out, or on the brink of a major burn out. You find yourself over reacting to every little thing, and can’t manage day to day or work stress. You feel like you’re constantly in fight or flight mode, running on adrenaline. You may have a really strict fitness routine, but it’s not working for you anymore. There isn’t enough time for things like reading or meditation and you’re chained to your digital leash, constantly online. 

Relationships

When you’re unbalanced, your relationships often suffer. You’re not your best self, and your friends, family and loved ones bear the brunt of it, and you simply may not have the resources for communicating in a productive way. You may be seeking love in the wrong places, or developed patterns of behaviour that aren’t serving you in your romantic life.
