Rachel Fearnley

  Rachel is a somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and trauma-aware educator with over a decade of experience supporting people through real, body-led transformation.
After years of teaching yoga, breathwork, and running facilitator trainings, she began to see the same pattern, clients who were self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and doing “all the right things”... but still stuck. Still overwhelmed. Still quietly bracing for life.
It wasn’t a lack of effort. It was a lack of somatic safety.
Most people don’t even realise they feel unsafe, because living in survival mode has become their baseline. That’s what Safe as F*ck is here to shift, through practical, body-first tools that help people repattern safety from the inside out.
