The Rage Map

Find where your anger went, and take it back.

A map back to your anger

Most of us learned early that anger was dangerous, so we sent it somewhere we wouldn't have to feel it. Years later it turns up as numbness, anxiety, resentment, or a strange distance from your own life.

The Rage Map is a short workbook that charts where your anger went, where it lives in your body, and what it's been pointing to all along. By the end you'll have drawn your own map, to keep and come back to.

Sip, don't gulp

This isn't about letting it all out. Each section is a short teaching, a body practice and space to write, in doses small enough that your system never has to brace. Do one at a time, leave gaps, come back. Stopping is a skill, not a failure.

What's inside

Eleven short steps, built around three movements.

Access

Coming back into contact with anger you stopped being able to feel.

Allow

Making room for it without the shame.

Alchemise

Letting it move, so it stops leaking out sideways.

Along the way you'll map where anger lives in your body, find out what it's guarding, and finish with a page of what you're keeping.

Who it's for

Anger that's been pushed down, gone quiet, or turned into anxiety, numbness and people-pleasing.

Who it's not for

If your anger more often shows up as frequent explosive outbursts, or you have a history of acting it out in ways that frighten you or others, this isn't the right tool. That needs different, in-person support, and reaching for it is a strong and wise move.

This workbook isn't therapy and doesn't replace it.
